Common Mistakes: 1) Learners confuse अंक (ank) with संख्या (sankhyaa): अंक (ank) is a single digit (0-9), while संख्या (sankhyaa) is a whole number that may be made of several अंक (ank) -- e.g. 25 is one संख्या (sankhyaa) made of two अंक (ank).
